This page explains how KitsuneChess Match Mode (match.html, the "Service") collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

本サービスはGoogleアカウントでのログインを利用しており、以下の情報を取得・保存します。

• Googleアカウントのメールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール画像
• ユーザーが設定した表示名(ユーザーネーム)
• 友達リスト、友達申請の送受信履歴
• 対局の記録(手順、勝敗、レーティング、対局相手)
• チャットメッセージの内容(友達間のメッセージ機能を利用した場合)
• オンライン状態および最終ログイン時刻

The Service uses Google Sign-In and collects the following information:

• Your Google account email address, display name, and profile photo
• The username you set within the Service
• Your friends list and friend request history
• Match records (moves, results, rating, opponents)
• Chat message content (if you use the friend chat feature)
• Online/offline status and last-seen timestamp

収集した情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。

• 友達とのオンライン対局機能を提供するため
• 友達検索・友達申請機能を提供するため
• レーティング・対局成績・対局分析を表示するため
• チャットメッセージを表示・自動翻訳するため
• オンライン状態を友達に表示するため

We use this information solely to:

• Provide real-time online chess matches with friends
• Provide user search and friend request features
• Display ratings, match records, and game analysis
• Display and auto-translate chat messages
• Show your online status to your friends

本サービスは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• Google Firebase(Authentication / Realtime Database): ログイン認証および対局データ・ユーザーデータの保存に使用
• MyMemory Translation API: チャットメッセージの自動翻訳に使用(送信されたメッセージのテキストが翻訳のため外部APIに送信されます)

The Service uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase (Authentication / Realtime Database): used for login authentication and to store match and user data
• MyMemory Translation API: used to auto-translate chat messages (message text is sent to this external API for translation)

ユーザーの情報は、アカウントが存在する限り保存されます。ユーザーはいつでも本サービス内の「アカウントを削除する」機能から、自身のアカウントおよび関連データ(プロフィール、友達関係、対局記録など)を完全に削除できます。

Your information is retained as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (profile, friend relationships, match records, etc.) at any time using the "Delete My Account" feature within the Service.

収集した情報を、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に販売または提供することはありません。友達として承認したユーザーには、ユーザーネーム・レーティング・オンライン状態・対戦成績が表示されます。

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law. Users you have accepted as friends can see your username, rating, online status, and head-to-head match record.

本サービスは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
